JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 16-07-2019 By way of the present application preferred under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.01.2019 passed by the learned ACJM-IV, Patna in Shastri Nagar P. S. Case No. 623 of 2018 whereby he has rejected the application of the petitioner filed under Section 451 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short 'CrPC') for release of vehicle bearing Registration No. JH-02At8538. 2.
In view of availability of an equally efficacious statutory remedy under Sections 397 and 401 of the CrPC as also
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.884 of 2019 dt.16-07-2019 2/2 under Sections 482 and 483 of the CrPC, I am not inclined to entertain this application in extra ordinary writ jurisdiction. 3.
