JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-10-2020 The petitioners seek bail in connection with Special Case No. 2314 of 2020 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020, dated 06.03.2020, instituted for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation against the petitioners and taking into account their period of custody, which is from 07.03.2020, they are directed to be

No.25908 of 2020(2) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 2314 of 2020 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020.
