The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. Twenty litres of country made liquor, 200 kgs. of fermented Mahua and manufacturing equipments were recovered from the house of the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the recovery has been made from the joint family house.
Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40616 of 2015 (02) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 274 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Gaya.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
