JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.08.2016 in a case registered under section 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act on the accusation that he made attempt to outrage the modesty of the informant, who happens to be minor girl.
Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Mahila P.S.Case No. 15 of 2016.
