The petitioner seeks regular bail in Sadar P.S. Case No. 488/2018, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 332, 333, 336, 353, 307, 427, 290, 435, 323 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, it is alleged that two persons had died in road accident, thereafter the people had assembled along with the dead-body and started raising protest in which informant and other personnel also sustained injury. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. No overt act has been alleged against him. He is a member of unlawful assembly.

Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 488/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
