2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Baunsi P.S. Case No. 178 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 12.11.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 327, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the police after investigation submitted a final form in favour of the petitioner.

4. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to move before the appropriate forum if the learned Court below takes cognizance in near future.
