2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vishnupad P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015, registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 504, 327, 379 and 34 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. From perusal of the impugned order, it appears that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner bearing ABP No. 3465 of 2024 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 10.02.2025.

4. The present application is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application for restoration of the bail application before the Court below. If such an

5. The present bail application is disposed of in the light of the above direction.
