Having regard to the nature of allegation for offence under Section 323, 325, 337, 338, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the injuries are said to have been inflicted by the petitioners which finds support from the injury report and they are quite serious in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
According, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners, namely, Shib Kumar Singh alias Shib Narayan Singh and Mahendra Prasad Singh alias Bablu alias Mahendra Kumar Singh is rejected.
