This is repeat application seeking bail on behalf of the petitioner. His prayer for bail was considered and rejected on 14.12.2015 (Annexure-1). A status report was called for which has been received and placed at Flag-'A'. On perusal thereof, it appears that the learned Trial Court has said that the trial is likely to be concluded within two months. The Court expects the learned Trial Court in seisin of the case will take all needful steps to conclude the trial within two months from today. The present bail application is dismissed.
