The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 60 litres of mahua liquor from the possession of the petitioner.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 375 of 2018.
