2. This criminal appeal has been filed against the order dated 19.02.2025 passed by learned District & Additional Sessions Judge- III -cum-Special Judge (SC & ST), Bhagalpur in ABP No. 108 of 2025 in connection with Ishakchak P.S. Case No. 236 of 2024, instituted under Sections 318(3), 318(4), 316(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 3(i)(r) (s) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of appellant has been rejected.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that appellant has been declared absconder and processes of Sections 82 and 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him to ensure his
