No.46894 of 2018 by which petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.351 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna. Counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners could not surrender in time because petitioner No.1 became bed ridden on account of severe back pain. Xerox copy of the prescription has been enclosed as Annexure-1. In view of such, four weeks' further time from the date of receipt of copy of this order is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below and, in that event, the Court below will release the petitioners on bail as per order dated
