This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rahui P.S. Case No.391 of 2024 (Sessions Trial No.164 of 2025) registered for the offence punishable under sections 305(b) and 123 of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioners are said to have served drink to the informant and thereafter they took away his e-rickshaw and mobile phone. The petitioners are in custody since 05.12.2024.

Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the case and also the period of custody of the petitioners, this bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, III, Nalanda/concerned Court below, in connection with Rahui P.S. Case No.391 of 2024 (Sessions Trial No.164 of 2025), subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners and the petitioners will cooperate in the trial and will appear themselves or through their lawyer on the date fixed in the trial. 6.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner no.1 shall mark his presence in Asthawan Police Station, District- Nalanda and petitioner no.2 shall mark his presence in Barh Police Station, District- Patna on first and third Sunday of every month, failing which, their bail bonds shall be cancelled by the trial Court.
