2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instruction, submits that they have appeared before the Certificate Officer, Bhagalpur and have already paid the principal amount and the petitioner is to submit a statement showing calculation of interest. In case the petitioner gives the said calculation of interest, the Certificate Officer will pass necessary orders.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit the calculation

Patna High Court CWJC No.5777 of 2025(6) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 of interest on the principal amount within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the concerned Certificate Officer shall inquire and pass necessary orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
