Perused the record. The order of the Hon'ble Apex Court passed in Cr. Appeal No. 961-964 of 2003 arising out of SLP (Crl.) No. 2035-2038 of 2003 is also on the record. Proceeding of Complaint Case No. 675 of 2000 pending before the C.J.M. Gaya has already been quashed by the Hon'ble Apex Court and further it has been observed that the petition before the High Court of Patna in Cr. Misc. No. 15400 of 2002 has become infructuous and the orders passed by this Court on 19.02.2003 and 03.03.2003 was vacated.
