JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Phulwarisharif, by making an application under Rule 23(2) of the Bihar Tenancy Rules framed under the Bihar Tenancy Act for getting his raiyati land measured.

Considering the facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer. Though the Court is not giving any positive direction to the Circle Officer, it is expected that if an application is made under Rule 23(2) of the Rules, the same shall be expeditiously disposed of, preferably within two months.
