====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,341,323,504,506,353 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 33 of the Indian Forest Act.

The prosecution case is that the informant being forest officer was getting loaded fifteen quintals fire wood on tractor when the petitioner made protest, instigated people to make assault and took away gold ring and spectacles worth rupees seven thousand of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the petty dispute the accusation has been

No.41863 of 2015 (3) dt.03-11-2015 2/2 levelled and the malicious conduct of the informant gets reflected from the fact that in 2015 the informant got instituted eight cases registered under the provisions of Forest Act and apart from the aforesaid cases lodged against the petitioner, there is no other case pending against the petitioner.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Gaya Mufassil Case No. 57 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Gaya. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
