2. This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of order dated 29.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15412 of 2015, whereby, the respondents were directed to verify from the record and thereafter pay the salary to the petitioner for the period, the petitioner had actually worked.

3. Opposite party No. 2 has filed a show cause, wherein, in paragraph No. 13 it has been stated that the petitioner has not worked at any point of time, hence, the claim

Patna High Court MJC No.1175 of 2019(3) dt.02-05-2025 2/2 of the petitioner for payment of salary has been rejected.

4. On perusal of paragraph No. 13 of the show cause filed by the opposite party No. 2, I find that the order dated dated 29.11.2018 passed in CWJC No. 15412 of 2015 has been duly complied with by the respondents.

5. In view of the above, this contempt application stands closed and disposed of.
