This matter was on the Board yesterday i.e. 23rd July, 2015 also, but none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this application, yet by an oral order the matter was passed over for the day with a hope that on the next date i.e. today (24.07.2015) when the matter is called out, some counsel will appear in support of the present writ petition. As noticed above, even today none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner in
