Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.

Petitioner happens to be PDS dealer and it is alleged that excess food grains, kerosene oil were found in the shop of the petitioner and accordingly, present case was lodged against him. Petitioner is in jail custody since 19.8.2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial
