Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to consider his case for compassionate appointment. The brother of the petitioner died in harness on 04.05.2015 while he was working as Assistant Teacher Upgraded Middle School Barhoga Yadutola School in District Siwan. Thereafter, the petitioner submitted application for compassionate appointment on 08.02.2018 and the application for grant of compassionate appointment is pending at the level of the respondents.

Considering the object behind compassionate

Patna High Court CWJC No.6057 of 2019(5) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 appointment, the Court directs the respondents to take appropriate decision with regard to the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands disposed of.
