The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Special Child Case No. 07 of 2018 arising out of Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 572 of 2017 for the offenses punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case of the prosecution in brief according to the informant is that some unknown miscreants armed with deadly weapons entered into Branch office of Micro Finance Company Limited and took away cash of Rs. 1,14,765/- along with a Tab and three mobiles.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely roped in the present case inasmuch as neither Test Identification Parade has been

It is further submitted that as far as the two pending cases against the petitioner are concerned, in one the petitioner has been granted bail while in the other the bail petition is pending before this Court. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 11.12.2017, hence has been amply punished.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional Sessions-cum-Special Judge, Araria in connection with Special (Child) Case No. 07 of 2018 arising out of Forbesganj P.S.
