JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2019 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing part of the order dated 18.01.2018 passed in Money Execution Case No.01 of 2016 arising out of Money Suit No.03 of 2014 whereby the learned Sub-Judge-V, Darbhanga has rejected the prayer of the petitioner to set aside the process of money suit and its execution against the petitioner.
