JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341,323,448,353,504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner who was working at the post of Specialist Finance, forcibly entered into the office of the informant and started abusing and scuffling with him due to which all the Government work became obstructed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence as alleged has ever taken place rather informant being senior officer pressurized the petitioner to make payment of M/S Dharti Sena Bus Stand, Sasaram without official order and voucher and when the same was objected by the petitioner, the informant abused and assaulted the petitioner for which he

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in ssm Police Station Case No. 1115 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
