Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Informant has alleged that petitioner who was driver of the Bolero vehicle has stolen the vehicle in connivance with two other accused as named in FIR. Informant has stated that he had taken the Bolero from one Biran Kumar, who is the owner of vehicle to ply it on payment.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case only on suspicion. He has no

He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 250 of 2018.
