2. Learned counsel for the Board submitted that for the relief claimed in the present application, i.e., removal of encroachment from trust land, there is remedy under Section 43D of the Bihar Hindu Religious Trusts Act, 1950.

3. In the aforesaid background, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate authority in terms of the aforesaid statutory provision.
