Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 448, 307 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the plea of innocence taken by the petitioner, the statement in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and the admitted fact that no one sustained any injury in the alleged occurrence of offence, the petitioner, who is in custody since 08.01.2020, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XIV-cum-ACJM-
