2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 361 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 352, 351(2), 308, 3(5) of the BNS and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of demanding extortion (rangdari) of Rs. 50,000/-.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2025 and he is accused in 31 more cases.

5. Considering the facts of the case and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

It is, however, clarified that the observations made herein are limited to the adjudication of the present bail application and shall not prejudice the case of the petitioner at any subsequent stage of the trial and this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
