JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chakai P.S. Case No. 41 of 2018 registered under Section 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the recovery of huge quantity of illicit liquor from the car of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
