Petitioner is in custody in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is allegation of recovery of stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 25.2.2020. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than six months and he has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on
