Petitioner seeks bail in Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 308, 341, 342, 323, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the Informant on his head on account of which blood started oozing out from his right eyebrow and also snatching his gold chain along with Rs. 60,000/- cash.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village rivalry. It has been further submitted that injury sustained by Informant is simple in nature as per injury report enclosed as Annexure-2. Both parties are agnates. Petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2022.

No.22443 of 2022(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending, in connection with Ramkrishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2021, with following conditions:-
(1) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below.
(2) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation / trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (S. Kumar, J) ranjan/- U
