The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Nagar P.S. Case No. 170 of 2020, corresponding to Excise Case No.647 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police on secret inputs raided the house where the petitioner was running liquor shop and recovered 120 litres of country made liquor besides cash of Rs.5,300/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail for more than two months for recovery of 120 liters of country made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like
