JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be step brother-in-law of the informant and allegation against him is that he assaulted the informant by means of iron rod. The impugned order as well as annexure-3 series goes to show that the informant sustained injuries on her forehead.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 6th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Mehshi P.S.Case No. 186 of 2014.
