The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019 for the offense under Section 25 (1-b) A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 14.1.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23109 of 2019(2) dt.10-04-2019 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2019.
