The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No.213 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376, 313, 315, 323, 341, 504 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the reasons assigned in the order dated 10.12.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56262 of 2018 whereby wife of the petitioner Nashima Khatoon has been granted pre-arrest bail by a Bench of this Court, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-
