JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 21-05-2015 The issue raised by the petitioner in the present writ is long dead and buried. Already a Division Bench of this Court had occasion to comment upon the enquiry report submitted by the Bhagalpur Enquiry Commission, which was CWJC No.5674 of 1995, disposed of on 20.12.1996. A similar matter already travelled to the Hon'ble Apex Court in favour of the said petitioner. Now, that the petitioner has retired years ago, the matter is required to rest because even otherwise there was an order of stay passed by the High Court on 13.11.1995 preventing the respondents from taking any coercive steps.

Nothing further is required to be done by the respondents in this matter any more in the above circumstances. Writ is allowed to that extent.
