Accordingly, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present writ petition, so that,

Patna High Court CWJC No.18780 of 2011 (3) dt.28-04-2016 2/2 the petitioners may avail appropriate remedy. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty as indicated above.
