However, learned counsel for the petitioner has been granted four weeks time to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office.

Petitioner is an accused in connection with Rajoun (Nawada Bazar) P.S. Case No. 46 of 2020 for the offence registered under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Second Additional District & Sessions Judge, Banka in connection with Rajoun (Nawada Bazar) P.S.
