1. The learned counsel for the opposite parties i.e. the Registrar, L.N. Mithila University, Kameshwar Nagar, Darbhanga, i.e. the opposite party no.3 submits that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 18.11.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.21970 of 2019, the opposite party no.3 has passed a reasoned order dated 15.02.2023 and thereafter, all payments have also stood paid to the petitioner, hence the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court finds that neither any rejoinder affidavit has been filed by the petitioner rebutting the aforesaid stand taken by the learned counsel for the opposite party no.3 nor the petitioner is represented by any counsel, hence this Court has no reason to disbelieve the stand taken by the opposite parties, thus this Court finds that the order of this Court has stood complied with.

3. In such view of the matter, the present petition stands dismissed.
