None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. However, Mr. Suresh Kumar, learned Assistant Counsel to Government Pleader No.5, appearing on behalf of the Staterespondents, is present.

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.421 of 2016 (2) dt.29-06-2016 2/2 Perused also the supplementary counter affidavit, which has been filed by respondent No.7, namely, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Masaurhi, Patna, which shows that the police, having investigated the case aforementioned, has already submitted police report in terms of Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. In view of the above nothing remains in the writ petition. This application has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.
