1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Certiorari for quashing of the office order as contained in Memo No.90/Munger dated 27.02.2023 issued by and under the signature of the respondent Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Munger, whereby and whereunder inter alia a direction has been given to the incumbent Head Assistant, Sri Raj to hand over the charge of the Head Assistant to the private respondent Sri Rajeev Kumar, Assistant

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.
