Petitioners seek bail in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 411 of 2016 registered under Sections- 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present case has been lodged with malicious accusation due to political rivalry. In fact, informant side attacked on the accused persons with arms for which Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 412 of 2016 was registered. There is no injury report on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.540 of 2017 (3) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 record. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54000 of 2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Shikarpur P.S. Case No. 411 of 2016.
