This writ petition stood dismissed as against the respondent no.7 for non-compliance of the order dated 1.11.2002.

The petitioner by the writ petition has questioned the settlement made in favour of respondent no.7 for the financial year 2002-03. Apart from the fact that by the dismissal of the writ petition as against the respondent no.7, the beneficiary of the settlement the writ petition has become incompetent, even otherwise the settlement in question was for the period 2002-03 and by passage of time the writ petition has become infructuous and is dismissed as such.
