1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That, this writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/ writs, order/ orders, direction/ directions to the respondents authority in nature of certiorari for setting aside the order dated 28.01.2021 passed by learned Deputy Development Commissioner, Patna in Memo No.

155 dated 28.01.2021 whereas the petitioner has been dismissed from the post of Assistant as Gramin Awas Sahayak (Koral Housing Development Department) in the light of Memo No. 155 dated 28.01.2021 against which an appeal was filed before the District Magistrate,

Patna High Court CWJC No.6445 of 2022(2) dt.06-12-2023 2/2 Patna to set aside the impugned order and reinstate the petitioner with all the benefits same was heard and dismissed vide Memo No.0408/21-976 abhi, dated 27.07.2021, Hence this application."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a civil suit, before the competent Court having appropriate jurisdiction, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
