The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No.179 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 436 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the delay of four days in institution of the FIR, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.67078 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S.
