The grievance raised by the petitioner is with regard to the situs of polling booth.

In the opinion of this Court the decision regarding situs of the polling booth lies within the discretion of the Returning Officer and the District Election Officer-cum-District Magistrate who need to decide as to where the booth should be situated.

This Court is not persuaded to interfere with the decision of the Returning Officer at such belated stage and this writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
