As per order dated 2.7.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 38188 of 2018, liberty was given to the petitioners to make payment of Rs.25,00,000/- in ten equal installments.

Counsel for the Opposite party No. 2 submits that petitioners are defaulter in making payment of the installments amount. In such circumstances, this court directs Opposite party No. 2 to file petition in the court below for cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
