Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 304/508 of the IPC registered in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No.87 of 2020.
As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR badly assaulted the informant and his family members and he was grazing cattle in his field. The allegation against the present petitioner is that he assaulted injured Srikant Singh. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case and accused persons have assaulted the members of petitioner's side and the petitioner has sustained injuries.

No.31878 of 2021(2) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 In this respect Annexure-4 has been filed, which shows that the petitioner has sustained two injuries on his person, although those were simple in nature. He has submitted further that although there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted co-accused Srikant Singh who has sustained two injuries. Injury no.2 was grievous in nature, but it was not on vital part but it was on elbow of the injured Srikant Singh.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within three weeks from the date of communication of this order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IVth, Jamui in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No.87 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
