The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 353, 363, 387, 427, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that on account of non-payment of dues, the electricity connection of the petitioner and other was disconnected on account of which the accused persons along with unknown and petitioner went to the office of the informant and assaulted him and snatched his both official and personal mobile.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and he has been falsely

No.21610 of 2022(3) dt.05-09-2022 2/3 implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that there was electricity dues of Rs.15,000/- on account of which the electricity connection of the petitioner was disconnected thus the petitioner had gone to the office of the informant to inquire where he saw that other persons were also present with similar problem as everyone had grievance that how come exaggerated bill is being generated as such there was a scuffle in the office when the informant behaved in a rude manner. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner had already deposited the bill of Rs. 15,000/- as would be evident from Annexure-2 to the anticipatory bail application, further the allegation of snatching mobile and assault is ornamental in nature.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Bairiya P.S.
