This application is filed for quashing the order dated 11/05/2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 465/2014 by which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offence under sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that stage of the case in the court below has changed in the matter. In view of the changed circumstances, this application is dismissed.
